Abstract
This study describes whether occupation has any impact on preference of Self Service Technology (ATM, Internet Banking and Tele Banking) in the state of Jharkhand. It is imperative for service industries to hinge their focus on customer centricity as the crucial aspect of its business. A service firm may achieve success in the marketplace by delivering higher quality service than competitors and exceeding customer’s expectations. Exploration of the customer’s preference and the categorization of the demographic variables i.e. occupation have been done with the help of review of existing literature and valued opinion of experts. Data has been collected from primary as well as secondary sources in the research work. This paper describes the methodologies used in this research, as well as the data analysis techniques employed for the analysis of the results. The need of the customers has been analyzed to reconfigureSelf Service Technology strategies so that the facilities could be more cu

Abstract
The cloud servers and remote web servers are used to store the information and records for long term use and preservation of important data. These servers offer the security of the user data from the virus and others which affect the files and data normally in the personal computers or mobile devices. But these servers are not able to protect the user’s unauthorized access to the server files. Therefore an authentication process which is assuring the actual user data access is required to design. In this presented work a new hybrid authentication process is proposed for design and implement that provide assure the data owner from unauthorized access. The proposed method includes the three different parameters of secure authentication namely user credential by using the user id and password.

Abstract
High utility thing sets (HUIs) mining is a rising subject in information mining.HUIs determined least utility edge min utility. Notwithstanding, setting min utility suitably is a troublesome issue for clients. As a rule, finding a fitting least utility edge by experimentation is a monotonous procedure for clients. In the event that min utility is Set too low, an excessive number of HUIs will be produced, which may bring about the mining procedure to be exceptionally wasteful. Then again, if min utility is set too high, it is likely that no HUIs will be found. In this paper, we address the above issues by proposing another structure for top-k high utility thing set mining, where k is the coveted number of HUIs to be mined.

Abstract
With an aim to highlight the solvent effect of a 1:4 dioxan (cyclic ether)on the biochemical efficiency and food additive uses of higher methanoates, the kinetics of acid catalysed hydrolysis of iso-amyl methanoate was studied in different aquo-dioxan media containing 20 to 80% (v/v) of dioxan at different temperatures from 20 to 40oC. Enhancement in the numerical values of free energy of activation (ΔG*) with simultaneous increase in the values of enthalpy of activation (ΔH*) and entropy of activation (ΔS*) of the reaction, reveals that dioxan acts as entropy controller solvent. The iso-kinetic temperature of the reaction was evaluated to be 327.0 which infers that there is strong and appreciable solvent-solute interaction in aquo-dioxan reaction media.
