Abstract
Change is a natural process and it is no doubt time-relative. Jean Brunhes’s idea of ‘principle of activity’ asserted that everything is changing or dynamic in nature and another American scholar Ms. E.C.Semple defines geography as the study of the irresistible man and the unstable earth. Therefore, it is clear that nothing is static but dynamic and ever changing that may be height of the Great Himalaya or the depth of the Pacific, those changes may be positive or negative. The inquisitive mind and sharp analytical eyes can detect or monitor those changes that are occurring around us in a given space-time framework. The land use and land cover are also changing at varying rates in response to the human activities on that particular segment of the earth’s surface.

Abstract
Effective leadership and job satisfaction have been regarded as fundamental factors for organizational success (Kennerly, 1989). It has been evidenced by the various literature that, Transformational Leadership plays a vital role in organizational performance, while Job Satisfaction has been theoretically and empirically linked to organizational effectiveness. Employee’s job satisfaction is important to retain effective and efficient employees. One of the ways, that may be useful in increasing the satisfaction is having employed the right style of leadership at all levels. An effective leader is always trusted and earns high respect by his followers. The work performance of transformational leaders permits them in a way that they become models to their followers. Educational department/field significantly contributes to any country’s economic development.

Abstract
Cloud computing technology is viewed as the gathering of web based services for using the resource in more appropriate way. It utilizes distributed system technology to oversee and controlled accumulation of computer terminals that are geologically circulated and associated via a communication link. Replication is the way toward making and overseeing copy versions of a database or document or file to maintain backup or duplicate copy of original one. Security is an imperative and interesting phenomenon gives sheltered and isolated environment. Security model and standards are characterized to execute security features with any applications. For achieving security confidentiality, authentication and integrity are key factors. A research on replication refers that security is the big anxiety, which creates insecure replication of data and it results in loss of trust on node and loss of data.

Abstract
In current years mobile ad hoc network has a superior impact on wireless communication network. In MANET, each and every node acts as a router to establish a route and transfer data by means of various hops. MANET is more vulnerable to network security problem. When a source wants to transfer data to destination, packets are transferred through the router nodes, thus, searching and establishing a route from a sender node to a receiver node is a challenging task in MANET. Routing is an important task in MANET and for this routing it has several routing protocols. AODV is one of the most suitable routing protocols for the MANET and it is more vulnerable to black hole attack by the attacker nodes, an Attacker node that incorrectly sends the route reply (RREP) that it has a latest route with minimum hop count to destination and then it drops all the receiving packets. This is black hole attack.
