Abstract
As the text content are increasing day by day with the growing digital world. Researchers are working in this field from last few decades. In this paper a neural system is proposed to distinguish the content in proficient way. Proposed document distinguishing approach discover the terms in the document. Here frequent terms are filter out where each terms is arranged in matrix. Now clustering of the terms of document is done in efficient manner by using hierarchal clustering. Neural Network and clustering algorithm help in identifying the document without any guidance. Output of the work provide an dictionary which will help in classify the documents or comment done by social users of any network. Experiment is done on real dataset. Proposed work is compare with previous approach and results shows that proposed work is better as compare to previous work on different evaluation parameters.

Abstract
The word "e-education" refers to the application of Internet technology to the release of knowledge experiences. Education via the Internet, network, or standalone computer. e-learning is essentially the network-enabled transfer of skills and knowledge. e-learning refers to using electronic applications and processes to learn. e-learning applications and processes include Web-based learning, computer-based learning, virtual classrooms and digital collaboration. This paper looks at the evolution of education models for higher education and how network and communication are affecting and changing the practices today. How the global demand for new knowledge and skills, and the necessity for lifelong learning, will drive the growth of e-learning. . One of the reasons for this is the strong relation between e-teaching and business interests. The paper will discuss this relationship and why it can be perceived as a moral threat. Briefly, the paper argues that the necessary legitimacy that ed

Abstract
A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a dynamic wireless network that can be fashioned without any pre-existing infrastructure in which every node can act as a router. MANET has no clear line of defense, so, it is available to both legitimate network users and malicious attackers. In the presence of malicious nodes, one of the most important challenges in MANET is to sketch the sturdy security answer that can guard MANET from worm-hole attack. Different mechanisms have been proposed the usage of digital signature methods to countermeasure the routing attacks against MANET. However, these mechanisms are no longer suitable for MANET aid constraints, i.e., limited bandwidth and battery power, due to the fact they introduce heavy traffic load to exchange and verifying keys. In this paper, the cutting-edge protection issues in MANET are investigated. Particularly, we have examined wormhole attack as well as existing options to defend MANET protocols.
