Abstract
It is a technology of connecting people or users for them with open channels of communication for matters that concern public service and public sphere. So Open 311 app allows users of an area to track issues that consult public spaces and demand the attention of the public service authorities. Most people become users of smart phone technology and a usage of it is increasing. Today users are associated with world wide web with the avail of the 3G and 4G technology surfaced at all times and in all situations. All these things eventually resulted in the reconstructing and redesigning of the 311 service provider. So it was amended in the Open311 service.

Abstract
Mobile cloud computing, a combination of two computing mechanisms. One is mobile computing and second is cloud computing. These 2 have become one of the major and crucial word of information industry. It is an advanced version of mobile computing technology and wireless technology. Mobile devices faces many challenges like storage, security, bandwidth etc. Therefore, researchers introduce a better solution called MCC (Mobile cloud computing). Which manage both infrastructure data storage and data processing. MCC is still under development. MCC integrates cloud computing into mobile environment and overcome obstacles related to performance. MCC is the mechanism that is necessary to make it secure. With the latter aim, this paper presents a review on the background and principle of MCC, characteristics, recent research work, and future research trends.

Abstract
Load balancing is major part in cloud computing. It also play important role of cloud computing efficiency and accuracy. Many cloud load balancing algorithm are available such as Round-Robin, Throttled load balancing, Equal load share etc. These entire algorithms have some pro and cons. Good load balancing makes cloud computing more efficient and improves user satisfaction. This article introduces a better load balance model for the public cloud based on the priority and hash map concept. This paper presents a load balancing technique. This load balancing technique is based on the concept of hash map and process priority. The hash map maintains a list of available virtual machines at the data centre. The experimental results have shown that the proposed load balancing method is performing better than the existing one.

Abstract
Number of software system has been implemented as web applications which are very complex and its quite hard to test these applications. Automation testing uses automation tools to reduce human intervention and repeatable tasks. Selenium is a web application testing framework also a freeware software that is easily available. This automation testing framework has gained wide acceptance as a popular and successful mode of automated testing in a very short time span. Proposed testing freeware will render us an efficient way of performance and other parameters to ascertain compatibility, accuracy, aspect and consumption of web applications which suite for new release of the application using this framework.
