Abstract
Web caching is used to reduce the network traffic by caching web pages at the proxy server level. Now a day’s caching alone is not sufficient because of World Wide Web has evolved rapidly from a simple information-sharing mechanism. This mechanism offer only static text and images to a rich assortment of dynamic and interactive services, such as video/audio conferencing, e-commerce and distance learning. Web is demanding to improve the cache performance. If we use the prefetching technique with caching then the performance of cache is improved. Prefetching fetches objects that are likely to be accessed in the near future and store them in advance thus the response time of the user request is reduced. Abstract
Modern database systems use a query optimizer to identify the most efficient strategy, called “plan”, to execute declarative SQL queries. Optimization is much more than transformations and query equivalence. The infrastructure for optimization is significant. Designing effective and correct SQL transformations is hard. Optimization is a mandatory exercise since the difference between the cost of the best plan and a random choice could be in orders of magnitude. The role of query optimizers is especially critical for the decision-support queries featured in data warehousing and data mining applications. This paper presented an abstraction of the architecture of a query optimizer and focused on the techniques currently used by most commercial systems for its various modules. In aaddition, provide technical constraint of advanced issues in query optimization.

Abstract
The focus on customer-centric marketing philosophies has received significant attention in the marketing literature by both scholars and practitioners. Practitioners and Scholars are increasingly looking for ways to understand, retain, attract and build intimate long term relationship with profitable customers Kotler (2006), Gronroos (1994). This research is an empirical study where primary data has been collected through a scale of Parasuraman, Zeithml, and berry 1986, 1988). The scale has been administered on 101 customers each of Private Banks and Private Insurer, chosen on a convenient basis. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the service quality of Private Banks and Insurance companies, based on different levels of customers’ perception regarding service quality with respect to Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy.
