Abstract
The article summarizes the recent trends in solar cells particularly in the field of Dye Sensitized Solar Cell. The DSSC we would refer for short for Dye Sensitized Solar Cell. The Dye Sensitized Solar Cell are the recent trend in the field of solar photo voltaic electricity generation. The Solar Cells captures the solar radiation and he photovoltaic material convert those solar radiations to the usable voltage which could be used for various purpose. The conventional method using in this regard consists of use of Silicon wafer photovoltaic solar cell which are way too costly to be used. The most efficient way to achieve the objective (cheaper solar energy) is to replace the Silicon from the PV Solar Module (Silicon being the most costly material of the module) with any other chemical or element which is abundantly available in nature and also is very cost effective.

The definition of State has been differently written by many political thinkers in different stages of the society. The State is the sovereign authority which must protect the interest of its people. The primary responsibility of the State is to give basic protection to its individual only then the State as a highest political organistion can rule on its subjects. The act of State may any time become Tyrannical. Therefore, it is possible that the fundamental rights of the individual can be enforced against the State and its agencies and instrumentalities as per the definition of the state provided under the Constitution of India and further widened through various judicial interpretations from time to time.

This research explores the extent to which management information systems implemented to make successful decisions at selected Bpo organizations. The research examined whether the selected Bpo to the use of Management Information Systems leadership of decision making for strategic planning purposes. The research adapted the quantitative research design to examine research hypotheses. A total of 190 forms were equally distributed to those who are working at different management levels at the selected organizations. The results of the research showed that MIS was primarily used to enhance strategic planning Bpo.
