Abstract
The citizens of country are proactive for choosing the government and they are contributing in every aspect through election however, there are several cases when a citizen wants to be a contributing member but due to some circumstances, he/she is not able to do so. Moreover, to set up an election several utilities likewise, stationaries, time and accommodation. Also, different training programs are required for the execution of the process. Notwithstanding, these satellite modules will provide solution over such problems by providing a mobile earth station by which voting can be done from our home, real time data sharing will be available between the voter and the election commission department that will provide immunity over spams and fake votes and will also help the disabled so that they won’t have to go to the booth.

Abstract
Today, low-power and high-speed SRAMs have become a distinct part of many VLSI chipsets. This is especially true for microchips, where chip sizes are developed on the chip with each age to expand the disparity in processor speed and cache speeds. SRAM is used as a cache, which is fast and is used to speed up processor allocation and memory interface. With modern technologies in VLSI innovation, logical port speeds have expanded their essence, but memory speed comparison has not been improved. Therefore, for PCs, SRAM memories are necessary to improve operating speed and DRAM is used as part of the main memory where density is more important than speed. In this work, we focused on the high-performance SRAM 6T system, which can be used as high-speed memory and low computer consumption.

Abstract
Filtered orthogonal frequency division multiplexing is one of the most promising candidate waveform for the upcoming wireless communication system. Filtered OFDM ensures all the advantages of the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technique with additional advantages in terms of spectrum efficiency and robustness in high SNR system and also in some specific cases, ideal spectrum utilization can be achieved by OFDM which can completely eliminate the guard band. This paper aims at comparing the performance of various filters by different windowing techniques such as rectangular, triangular, bartlett and hanning window to complex window function such as kaiser, nuttall'sblackman-harris, root raised cosine window which can be applied to OFDM in terms of spectrum confinement, BER improvement and overall throughput betterment.

Abstract
Clustering is the process of observation set assignment into subsets called clusters so that observations present in the same cluster are similar in some sense. It is an unsupervised method and can be grouped as hard and soft clustering. Hard clustering methods assign the sample point to a specific cluster whereas soft clustering methods give a probability of assignment to all clusters. In this paper, we have tried to give intuition to some of the popular hard clustering methods with their associated algorithms for outlier detection.
